SPARRING WEEK 19- 24 MARCH 2018. Please note that for your safety (and the safety of others) all Intermediate (Green Belt and above) & Advanced students must have full sparring equipment. Head gear, Foot gear and Hand gear (dipped foam). Sparring gear must be brought along to every class.
